“Food Couture” is poetry, provocation, where “food is fashion”, becoming a symbolic element that tells of the emotions of a landscape, articulating them in a multisensory experience.

“Food Couture”, promoted by the Consortium of Lugana DOC, is among the projects selected by the Lombardy Region for Expo 2015. It is an initiative for the promotion of Lake Garda in Lombardy through the creation of four original tours and a fashion show during Milan Fashion Week.

“Food Couture” is poetry, provocation, where “food is fashion”, becoming a symbolic element that tells of the emotions of a landscape, articulating them in a multisensory experience. It’s a playful and extreme idea where experience with food and its horizons becomes an experience to live, observe and immerse oneself in. Four suggestions of mood, Blue, Green, Yellow and White, develop four across four routes with a common iconic and modern language, which transmits the charm of Lake Garda to a luxury audience through shared codes and images.
